Description

This TC 670 expert from Wolfcraft uses innovative cutting technology to guarantee a perfect result.

The aluminum base plate is very stable and sturdy. The cutting wheel with a 20 mm diameter and 55 mm drill is made of tung window carbide and tin. The cutting length is 67 cm and the thickness of the tile is 4-14 mm. A perfect cut result is achieved in three steps: adjust the tile thickness and surface pressure; Make a straight continuous cut and break the tile without much effort. This device needs little maintenance and is very accurate thanks to the ball bearings and C-rails, this also applies to the conductor for diagonally cutting.

This device is suitable for both right -handed and left -handed people. Delivery contains 1 conductor rail with a corner guide, for repeated and diagonal cuts, and 2 material supports that can be attached to the base plate.

General safety information • Keep your workplace clean and well lit. Chaos and non -compulsory work areas can result in accidents. • Do not work with electrical tools in an environment with explosion hazard, where flammable liquids are stored and where gas or dust is present. Electric tools creates sparks that can ignite dust and fumes. • Keep children and other people from your working area while using electrical tools. If you become distracted, you can lose control of the tools. • The plug of the electrical tools must fit into the socket. The plug may not be adjusted. Do not use adapters in combination with grounded electrical tools. Inappropriate plugs and corresponding sockets reduce the risk of an electric shock. • Protect electric tools against rain and moisture. If water ends up in an electrical tool, the chance of an electric shock is greater. • If you work outside with electrical tools, use only extension cords that are suitable for outdoor use. The use of an extension cord for outdoor use lowers the risk of an electric shock. • If the use of electrical tools in a damp environment cannot be avoided, use an earth leakage circuit breaker. This reduces the risk of an electric shock. • Be careful during work and use the electric tools with care. Never use electric tools if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. One moment of inattention can result in serious injuries. • When processing raw materials and when changing tools, wear suitable personal protection equipment and protective clothing, such as hearing protection, safety glasses, a dust mask with dust -producing tasks and gloves. • Remove the set -up tools or moers keys before switching on the electrical tools. A tool or moers key that is still attached to a rotating part of the device can cause injuries. • Wear suitable clothing, do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from rotating parts. Loose -fitting clothing, jewelry and long hair can get stuck in rotating parts. • Do not use electrical tools with a broken switch. A tool that can no longer be switched on or off is dangerous and must be repaired. • Keep unused electrical tools away from children. Let people who are unknown with the tools and people who have not read the manual do not use the tools. Electric tools are dangerous when used by inexperienced people. • Check before you start working whether the device and the tools work correctly. Never work with damaged or bone tools. • Only have your electrical tools repaired by a qualified person. Ask for original replacement parts, so that the safety of the electrical tools remains ensured. • Pull the plug from the socket and/or remove the battery from the tool before adjusting the setting of your device and before you change parts. The unintended restarting of electric tools can cause accidents. • Place the machine table correctly before installing the electric tools. The safe assembly of the table is essential to prevent it from collapsing. • Process no materials other than wood or easily processable plastic. Exception: it is permitted to process easily processable metals (such as aluminum), but only with the jigsaw with a suitable saw blade. • Single splinters, chips and similar residue in the area near an active saw blade may not be removed by hand! • The machine used must meet DIN EN 60745-1. Equipment built after 1995 must wear a CE marking. • Only use the tools for their intended purpose. • Check regularly whether all screws are tightened! • Never use your workbench in an unsuitable way or for purposes other than the intended goal! • Remove all objects that are not necessary from the workbench. • Do not use the machine for sawing firewood. • Use the vacuum cleaner of your manual circular saw. • Do not adjust the guide test to use other machine on the rails. • Make sure that the saw blade always parallel Lopot on the carrier or guide test. Safety instructions for circular saws • In addition to these machine-specific safety instructions, the safety instructions for the manual circular saw that you use must also be followed. • Only use manual circular saws with WIG, with a maximum saw blade diameter of 200 mm and a maximum sawing depth of 66 mm. • Only use saws within the above -mentioned maximum dimensions for the basic plate (see Fig. 5). • Support long works on the jug of removal, so that the piece is in a horizontal position; For example, use a Wolfcraft rolling (art. No. 6119973). • Avoid overloading the manual cikel saw. • Do not use sanding discs. • Only use recommended Marken saw blades and choose them based on the material that will be sawn. • Danger: keep your hands out of the saw area and away from the saw blade. • Always be aware that the workpiece can hit back and the operator can hit. • A return is the result of incorrect use of the saw and/or incorrect application. It can be prevented by taking suitable precautions, as described below. • Hold the saw firmly with both hands and keep your arms in the right position, so that you can absorb the declaration force. Always stand on the side of the saw blade, never put your body in line with the saw blade. In the case of a fall, a circular saw can bounce backwards, the operator could keep such a situation under control by taking suitable precautions. • If the saw blade blocks or if you interrupt your work, the saw must always be switched off and held in the material until the leaf has completely stopped turning. Never try to remove the saw from the workpiece or pull it backwards while the leaf is still running, since this can result in a recoil. Determine the reason for the block quay and eliminate the cause. • If you want to start a saw that is still in the workpiece, center the leaf in the saw opening and check that the saw teeth are blocked in the workpiece. If the saw blade blocks, it can free itself from the workpiece or cause a recoil when the saw is restarted. • Support larger plates to minimize the risk of recoil due to a blocked saw blade. Large plates can bend under their own weight. Plates must be supported on both sides, both near the saw and on the sides. • Do not use blunt or damaged saw blades. Saw blades with blunt or unsuitable teeth increase the friction in the narrow saw opening, allowing the leaf to block and beat back. • Be extra careful when you make a incision in a wall or other hidden areas. The inciting sawbad can block through hidden objects, which can cause recoil.
