The sofa is equipped with an adjustable backrest. The backrest supports your back and shoulders during training. With the five adjustable backrest positions you can choose the most comfortable position and adjust your training intensity to your specific needs. This versatile fitness bench is made of high -quality steel and the durable, lined cushion offers you a lot of comfort during your training.

The dumbbell set consists of solid chromed rods with fast-acting spring closures (for long dumbbell rod), anti-slip serrated handles and grooved screw caps (for barbells) for sturdy attachment of the weight discs. You can train without having to worry about safety issues. The weights are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different training purposes.
