This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for training the chest muscles, biceps, triceps, arm and back muscles. It contains 2 discs of 7.5 kg, 2 slices of 5 kg and a dumbbell of 5.4 kg. The set has a total weight of approximately 30 kg.

With this set the user can choose how much weight he wants to lift for different exercises. The discs are made of cement with a plastic sleeve, they can easily be locked on the barbell with the supplied ferry locks. The weight of each disk is clearly stated on it, for fast and easy identification.
