This versatile dumbbell set is perfectly training the chest muscles, biceps, triceps, arm and back muscles. It contains 2 discs of 7.5 kg, 2 slices of 5 kg and 2 discs of 1.25 kg, with a 2 kg barter. The set has a total weight of approximately 30 kg.

With this set the user can choose how much weight he wants to lift for different exercises. The discs are made of cement with a plastic sleeve, they can easily be locked on the barbell with the supplied ferry locks.
