The press offers simple operation by one person and combines the best of modern materials and traditions from the old world. The oak barrel is maintenance -free while the cast iron hardware is rust resistant. A heavy cast iron screw rod with handles ensures that the user can stand over the barrel and use the center of gravity for extra pressure to extract more juice. The solid oak barrel is on top of a powder -coated steel base with a pour.
