Boya USB Studio Microphone by-PM700

The Boya USB Studio Microphone by-PM700 is a versatile condenser microphone that is suitable for various applications such as speech recordings, interviews, conference calls, singing, instruments and podcasts. With the by-PM700 you can choose from four different recording characteristics:

• Stereo: Sounds of the sides are absorbed and sounds of the front and back are filtered. This is ideal for a sterezing of general sound.
• Cardioid: Sounds of the front are absorbed and sounds from other sides are ignored. This is suitable for registering dialogues, podcasts and speeches.
• Omnidirectional: Sounds of all sides are evenly recorded. This ensures a lively and natural registration of voice sounds and ambient sounds.
• Bi-directional: Sounds of the front and back are absorbed and sounds of the sides are filtered. This is ideal for registering an interview between two people or of instruments.

The by-PM700 is compatible with both Windows and macOS and can easily be connected to your computer via the supplied USB cable. You do not need batteries because the microphone is fed by the computer. With the help of software such as Audacity or Audition you can easily make sound recordings and store it immediately. The microphone has a volume control and mute function on the front, and can also be placed on a tripod using the 5/8 "female thread on the bottom.
