Nutritional adviceS:
Guinea pigs can best be fed twice a day. This is most similar to the natural eating pattern of the guinea pig and gives regularity. Due to the taste of the food, your guinea pig will accept it immediately. In the beginning, however, it is advisable to closely follow the nutritional intake and possibly mix Xtravital with the old food. A guinea pig eats around 40 grams of Xtravital guinea pig food per day.
