After mounting the new brake pads it is important to inhibit them, this extends the lifespan. Follow the next steps to brake the brake pads well: keep the brake lever slightly attracted while you drive and make sure the brake pads touch the brake disc. Drive approximately 100 meters at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour and brake at the end a little harder to reduce the speed to about 5 kilometers per hour. You can then slowly increase the speed while slightly braking. Repeat this 10 to 12 times to ensure that your new brake pads are properly labeled.
